Hospitality Wardrobe & Uniform Design

For more than two decades, Amo y Señor has developed a distinctive design language rooted in craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and deeply personal attention to detail.

Founded by designer Eric Mora Cole, Amo y Señor is an authorial design house and atelier based in Barrio Otoya, San José, Costa Rica. Working from our atelier-house, we create garments that merge refined tailoring, comfort, atmosphere, and identity.

Before the creation of Amo y Señor as a fashion house, our team developed and produced uniforms for major corporate and hospitality projects in Costa Rica. Today, we continue to collaborate selectively with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands seeking a more elevated, thoughtful, and visually coherent approach to uniforms.

Our work combines decades of experience in design, tailoring, production, and hospitality wardrobe development with the sensibility of a contemporary atelier.

We believe hospitality garments should do much more than identify staff. A well-designed hospitality wardrobe becomes part of the architecture of service. It contributes to the atmosphere of a space, strengthens brand identity, and elevates the guest experience. Uniforms communicate presence, care, sophistication, coherence, and confidence. Rather than offering generic corporate uniforms, we develop wardrobe systems tailored specifically to the architecture, climate, rhythm, and identity of each property. Our approach combines elegance, functionality, durability, comfort, and refined tropical sensibility.

All garments are developed from our atelier-house in Barrio Otoya, where design, craftsmanship, atmosphere, and hospitality come together as part of the creative process. Each piece is created with close attention to proportion, movement, comfort, textile behavior, and long-term wearability. Our production combines artisanal care with professional execution, allowing every project to maintain both visual sophistication and operational functionality.
